Due to company business expansion and project needs, we are currently hiring for the following positions. Work locations are primarily in Houston and surrounding project sites. 

1. Civil Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil construction for industrial plants, warehouses, and commercial projects. 

  • Familiar with foundations, concrete, steel structures, walls, roofing, and exterior works. 

  • Responsible for controlling construction schedule, quality, safety, and costs. 

  • Coordinate with owners, design firms, subcontractors, and on-site construction teams. 

  • Review construction drawings, Shop Drawings, Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders. 

  • Arrange materials, equipment, and construction personnel to ensure the project is completed on schedule. 

  • Coordinate with City/County regarding relevant Permit and Inspection work. 

Qualifications:

  • Background in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related major. 

  • Ability to independently read and understand English construction drawings and technical documents. 

  • Strong on-site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Construction experience with industrial plants, warehouses, clean rooms, or tech factory projects. 

  • Familiarity with US construction processes, OSHA safety requirements, and relevant Building Codes is preferred. 

  • Good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred. 

  • Experience in US construction project management is preferred.

2. MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and other MEP engineering aspects of projects. 

  • Coordinate the construction of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related trades. 

  • Review MEP construction drawings, Shop Drawings, Submittals, and RFIs. 

  • Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, equipment suppliers, design engineers, and owners. 

  • Manage construction schedule, quality, safety, and costs. 

  • Responsible for coordinating equipment installation, commissioning, Inspections, and project handover. 

  • Resolve on-site construction conflicts between different MEP trades, as well as between MEP and civil works. 

  • Track Change Orders and on-site modifications. 

Qualifications:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major. 

  • Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. 

  • Ability to read and understand English MEP construction drawings and Specifications. 

  • Familiarity with construction processes for commercial or industrial projects. 

  • Strong on-site coordination and problem-solving skills. 

  • Project experience with industrial plants, clean rooms, or tech factories. 

  • Good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred. 

  • Experience in US MEP construction or project management is preferred.

Work Location

Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas. 

Compensation

Pre-tax annual salary of $80,000–$150,000 + bonus. Specific salary is negotiable based on work experience and capabilities.
